Moorings at Helensburgh Sailing Club
The mooring area off Helensburgh Sailing Club is a fully licensed area for use by HSC members only. Members are responsible for providing, laying and having serviced and insured on an annual basis by whatever method they choose.
The license allows us to issue 100 mooring discs provided to us by Crown Estates agents. The revenue taken by Crown Estates, currently £35 per annum, goes to the exchequer. There are currently 60 mooring licenses issued and the disc is issued on a 5 year basis but paid for annually.
Occasionally moorings do become available for sale.
