_______________________________________________________________The new look HSC website was launched in Dec 2006 while maintaining the original address. Visits to the old site, which was outdated, had reduced to just over 100 per month. Since then the figures above speak for themselves.

The website is hosted locally and was created and is currently maintained by Tim Flatman,  a Rear Commodore Offshore (2005/09). The aim is to keep the content regularly updated and as fresh as possible. A very simple web editor (Namu6) is used to ensure both consistency and the ability for anyone to take over its maintenance in future years.

The headline photo is a view taken from the hillside above Helensburgh Sailing Club (which is just out of view above the word training). It was taken in December 2006 to launch the new look site, The hills of Arran can be seen in the far distance over Rosneath Penninsular and reaching down the Cowal peninsular of the Firth of Clyde to the Island of Bute.
