Few clubs can boast an Olympic sailing medallist in their membership but HSC can claim Mike McIntyre as its own. Mike is the Club's Honary Commodore.  He won gold for Britain in the Star class at the Seoul Olympics and also represented Britain in the Finn class at LA Olympics
